This Privacy Policy applies to the AquaPause application ("the App"). Your privacy is deeply respected, and this policy outlines exactly how your data is handled when you use the App.
AquaPause requires access to your device's camera to detect water consumption by scanning your drinking habits in real-time.
AquaPause uses Android's Accessibility Service to monitor which app is currently in the foreground on your device. This is used solely to enforce your selected app usage limits during active timer sessions.
AquaPause saves your settings, selected apps, and timer preferences locally on your device using encrypted local storage. This data never leaves your phone and is not linked to your identity. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all saved information will be permanently deleted.
AquaPause offers optional premium features via a subscription managed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. Subscription and payment data is handled entirely by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their respective privacy policies. We do not store your payment information.
AquaPause uses RevenueCat solely for managing in-app subscriptions. No third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services are integrated into the App.
AquaPause does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data of any kind.
If future features change how data is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and you will be notified within the App.
